Exclusive access to our event pavilion and ceremony area from Friday evening until midday Sunday, allowing ample time for rehearsal, decorating, setup, ceremony, reception, and a delightful Sunday brunch.
You'll find cozy lounge areas with comfortable seating, a stylish ensemble of 150 sleek black X-Back Chairs, and Live Edge Dining Tables that create an atmosphere of sophistication.
Our outdoor bar, high-top tables, lawn games, and the inviting fire pavilion ensure that the festivities carry on throughout the entire weekend.
For your reception, we include our delicious Basic Buffet featuring a fresh salad, savory baked chicken, broccoli, and fragrant jasmine rice. Interested in one of our themed buffets or creating your own menu? We'll credit the cost of our Basic Buffet towards your upgraded food selections!
We include our Basic Beverage package for every event: iced tea, lemonade, infused water, coffee, and hot tea. And here's the best part: you're welcome to bring your own beer and wine, and we'll supply a skilled bartender with our optional Bar Packages!

Bar Services:Our packages include a Basic Beverage Package with Iced Tea, Lemonade, Infused Flavored Water, Coffee, and Hot Tea. Our Bar Packages include 4 Hours of Bartending Service and are additional:
Beer + Wine Service Package: adds $10 per person for 4 Hours of Bartending Service; includes Cups, Coolers, Ice, Sodas and Bartenders. Additional Hours upon request, $3 per person per additional hour.
Full Bar Service Package: adds $20 per person for 4 Hours of Bartending Service; includes Cups, Coolers, Ice, Mixers, Juices, Sodas, Bar Condiments, and Bartenders. Additional Hours upon request, $5 per person per additional hour.
As we are located in a dry county, you'll provide your choices of beer, wine, and/or liquor which helps to reduce your overall costs.
Please note: a NC ABC Event Permit for $50 is required with the Full Bar Service Package (don't sweat, we'll walk you through how to obtain this!)
Upgraded or Customized Menus:Our Wedding Package Pricing includes a Basic Buffet featuring our Serenity Salad, Baked Chicken, Roasted Potatoes, and Mixed Vegetables at a value of $49 per person. The choice of our Themed Buffets or customized Tier Menu offerings will incur additional charges based on the difference in pricing (Example: The cost of our American Buffet is $69 per person. The difference in the above pricing to your final price would be an additional $20 per person plus taxes + fees).
Accommodations:As wedding guests often cover the cost of their own accommodations, these rentals are not included in the above pricing. This allows each guest to customize their stay to bring their pet or even add additional days (when available) without burdening the couple with the coordination. Simply supply us with your guest's names and contact information, we'll take care of their reservations. Please note: a guarantee for the rental of all Cabins, the Glamping Yurt, and Hilltop House is required for a two night stay.
Additional Vendors:Remember to budget for other vendors like Officiant, Floral + Decor, DJ or Band, Photographer, Videographer, Wedding Planner, and Wedding Cake/Dessert. These services are not included in our wedding packages as every couple's vision varies. As these vendors are often desired for a memorable celebration, we do provide a list of preferred vendors to our couples should you so choose.
