Our Serenity Ridge Wedding Packages are thoughtfully designed to go above and beyond your expectations. Here's a glimpse of what's included:
Exclusive access to our event pavilion and ceremony area from Friday evening until midday Sunday, allowing ample time for rehearsal, decorating, setup, ceremony, reception, and a delightful Sunday brunch.
You'll find cozy lounge areas with comfortable seating, a stylish ensemble of 125 sleek black X-Back Chairs, and Live Edge Dining Tables that create an atmosphere of sophistication.
Our outdoor bar, high-top tables, lawn games, and the inviting fire pavilion ensure that the festivities carry on throughout the entire weekend.
Our wedding package pricing includes a seasonal catering minimum. With themed menus to choose from or the option to create your own menu, we'll make sure our buffet is filled with your favorite dishes. While the pricing below covers your minimum spend, your final catering cost will depend on the delicious choices you make!
We include our Basic Beverage package for every event: iced tea, lemonade, water, coffee, and hot tea. And here's the best part: you're welcome to bring your own beer and wine, and we'll supply a skilled bartender with our optional Bar Packages!
Enjoy a complimentary tasting session for two before your wedding day. We want to ensure that your culinary experience is tailored precisely to your preferences!
We take care of all your dining needs with dinnerware, including white plateware, flatware, and stylish black poly napkins, as well as outdoor-friendly cocktail and wine barware with our Bar Packages.
Restroom facilities are available on-site, offering convenience and comfort.

Bar Services:Our packages include a Basic Beverage Package with Iced Tea, Lemonade, Infused Flavored Water, Coffee, and Hot Tea. Our Bar Packages include 4 Hours of Bartending Service and are additional:
Beer + Wine Service Package: adds $10 per person for 4 Hours of Bartending Service; includes Cups, Coolers, Ice, Sodas and Bartenders. Additional Hours upon request, $3 per person per additional hour.
Full Bar Service Package: adds $20 per person for 4 Hours of Bartending Service; includes Cups, Coolers, Ice, Mixers, Juices, Sodas, Bar Condiments, and Bartenders. Additional Hours upon request, $5 per person per additional hour.
As we are located in a dry county, you'll provide your choices of beer, wine, and/or liquor which helps to reduce your overall costs.
Please note: a NC ABC Event Permit for $50 is required with the Full Bar Service Package (don't sweat, we'll walk you through how to obtain this!)

On-Site Lodging:As wedding guests often cover the cost of their own accommodations, our lodging is not included in the above pricing. This allows each guest to customize their stay to bring their pet or even add additional days (when available) without burdening the couple with the coordination. Simply supply us with your guest's names and contact information, we'll take care of their reservations. We do require a guarantee for the rental of all Cabins, the Glamping Yurt, and Hilltop House for a two night stay. Here are our Seasonal Lodging prices, including taxes and fees, for a Friday-Sunday stay:
